I just saw this article on this building that is a futuristic concept.. unfortunatly it is looking like the "rush job" may have sealed this really awesome concept's fate.. but really it is kinda cool.. so i figured i could start a thread for future architecture, its a technology in a sense and is important for everyone to think about..

Interesting designs. I gotta say, I heartily dislike the first one (the cubed apartments in Japan). Dystopian future sci-fi films come to mind with that design.

There are some pretty cool stuff in the second link. Not sure I'd want to actually live in any of them (they all seem kind of "cold" and not "homey"), but it would be cool to visit/vacation in some of them.
